In case your creatives are denied you should go back and upload a new creative for approval. 


When creatives are denied a notification is sent by our Ad Quality Team specifying what exactly was the issue with the creatives.

For creative to be approved they must :


Contain a Company Logo

- Have a clear offer (within the images) to the landing page.

- Contain a frame when using black, white or transparent background.


Retargeting Base highly recommends adding some branding and/or text to the banners in order to ensure that users are well informed of the content prior to clicking through to the landing page.


Banners are considered branded when:


a - The brand name of the product, or service, being advertised is visible within the ad unit.


b - The brand name is clearly visible, is large enough to read easily, does not blend in with the background color and is not obfuscated in any other way.


* The domain name or URL of a page is NOT considered to be a brand name
