First, make sure you surf under https:// SSL Protocol.
Then click on the "Create New Campaign" Button and choose the Hyperlocal Campaign.
Fill all the details from Step 1 - General, and then click "Next" to Step 2 - Location.
Now, from your Browser line, will appear a Pop-up.
Please make sure you accept the request for Geo location.
Now the map is available, and you can click on it to add new targets.
Then complete all the other steps, and you are done!
