Before campaigns can run on the ReTargetingBase they must go through an Ad quality review process, which is handled on the first came first served basis. 


Our Ad quality team reviews all submitted campaigns, to ensure the Ads within those campaigns comply with our creative policy. During the review process, Ads are also attributed to various content and style categories. 


Most publishers require information on these Ad attributes before allowing a given Ad to run on their site. All creatives, Ad tags, and destination URL’s are reviewed separately and will remain pending until each is either approved, denied for violating our creative policy, or placed on hold for technical issues. Once all sites, Ad tags and banners are approved, and assuming that your domain has been properly white-listed with our exchange partners, your campaign will be approved, and your Ads should start being served immediately. 


We strives to review Ads within 24-hours of submission. 

Our review hours are Monday to Friday, from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.
